1. Description of Service

PlinkPlay is a game discovery platform that enables users to browse mobile games, watch game trailers, play short playable previews or demos, and discover new games before installing them.

PlinkPlay enables developers and publishers to upload playable demos, game trailers, screenshots, metadata, and promotional media. These materials are displayed to help users evaluate a game before installing it from official app stores.

PlinkPlay does not sell or distribute full versions of games. Full games remain available through official distribution platforms such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and other official game stores.

2. User Accounts

Users may access PlinkPlay either as guests or through an account using supported authentication providers such as Google or Apple.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, ensuring their account information is accurate, and preventing unauthorized access to their accounts. PlinkPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Developer Accounts

Developers may register for access to the PlinkPlay Developer Portal. The Developer Portal allows developers to upload playable demos, upload game trailers and media, manage game listings, and monitor engagement analytics.

By creating a developer account, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the game content you upload, or you have the legal authority to distribute the uploaded content. Developers are solely responsible for the content they upload.

4. Developer Content and Ownership

All games, playable demos, media, logos, and promotional materials uploaded to PlinkPlay remain the intellectual property of their respective developers or publishers.

By uploading content to PlinkPlay, developers grant PlinkPlay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host the content, display the content, stream playable demos, present game trailers, promote the game within the PlinkPlay platform, and display the game to users for discovery and preview purposes. This license exists only for the operation of the PlinkPlay platform. PlinkPlay does not claim ownership of developer content.

5. Platform Role

PlinkPlay operates solely as a game discovery and preview platform. PlinkPlay hosts playable demos provided by developers, hosts promotional materials such as trailers and screenshots, and redirects users to official app stores to install full games. PlinkPlay does not modify or control the gameplay or functionality of developer content. Developers are solely responsible for the functionality, legality, and safety of their games.

6. Developer Content Removal

Developers may request to remove games, remove media, or delete developer accounts. Upon receiving a valid request, PlinkPlay will remove the relevant content within a reasonable timeframe. Certain data may remain temporarily stored in backups for operational or legal purposes.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

PlinkPlay respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content hosted on PlinkPlay infringes your copyright or trademark, you may submit a complaint including identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, contact information, and a statement of ownership. PlinkPlay may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content while reviewing such claims.

8. Acceptable Use

Users and developers agree not to upload illegal content, upload malware or malicious software, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, scrape data or automate access to the platform, impersonate individuals or companies, or violate intellectual property rights. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Third-Party Services

PlinkPlay may link to external services such as Apple App Store, Google Play, and developer websites. PlinkPlay is not responsible for the policies, security, or content of these third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

PlinkPlay is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlinkPlay shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the platform, errors in developer-provided content, damages caused by third-party services, or loss of data or profits.

12. Indemnification

Users and developers agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlinkPlay and its operators from claims arising from uploaded content, copyright violations, or misuse of the platform.

13. Termination

PlinkPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time. Developers may remove their content or accounts through the developer portal.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
